French retail banking: the 39 Crédit Agricole Regional Banks and the Le Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) form the bank with the strongest presence in France. With a share of 28% of the households market, 26 million customers, 9,100 branches and 97,500 employees it is the No.1 French retail bank and as well No.1 European retail bank regarding generated revenues.

Specialized financial services (including factoring, leasing, and consumer credit): the Eurofactor Group is part of this fast-growing field with an international focus. Here, Eurofactor cooperates with the CreditPlus Bank.

Corporate and investment banking: Crédit Agricole CIB is the investment banking branch of the Crédit Agricole, and is among the top European investment banks. Crédit Agricole CIB is worldwide among the top 3 banks in project finance and present in more than 50 countries employing around 13,000 people. Its main customers include large companies in Europe, Asia and America. For projects that focus on structured financing, the Eurofactor works together closely with Crédit Agricole CIB Germany.

International retail banking: represented in Europe, Africa, the Near East, and Latin America with 2,400 branches and 5 million customers , this business area is being expanded further - mainly in Europe - in order to utilize additional growth potential in the value chain of the banking business.
