What is the application process?

1. Screening
You apply for your desired position online via our job-portal . We will then carefully review your application documents.
Good to know: We will usually give you feedback on your application within 2 weeks
2. Get to know
If you are a good fit, we will be happy to arrange an initial meeting with you via Teams
3. Interview on site
If both sides have gained a positive impression, we will invite you to our heads-office
4. Offer
You have convinced us and we will send you your contract offer by post.

What documents are required?
Cover Letter
- Find the right contact person and address them in the cover letter
- Make sure that your data is correct
- Convince with a good structure
- Show the reader that you have researched the company
- What is your motivation for applying?
- What qualities do you have?
- Go into detail about the job description
- State your desired salary and earliest possible starting date
- Provide your contact details where you can best be reached
- Have a test read! Four eyes see more than two
CV
- List your most important stations in bullet points
- Sort the stations chronologically from new to old
- Describe your professional experience briefly and concisely in your area of responsibility
- Don't forget your contact details (email, mobile) so that we can contact you
- You can add a photo to your CV
- Avoid gaps in your CV (explanations of time off or similar are welcome)

- Personal details, Professional experience, School education, Language skills (specify with appropriate level), Technical skills
- Possible categories:
Hobbies, internships and part-time jobs, skills
References and certificates
- Send us references from your most recent work experience, internships, training qualifications and certificates
