Diversity & internationality

Diversity is part of our company and our culture of values. We have a balanced proportion of women and men. Our company is a medium-sized company with around 100 employees, but is nevertheless very international. Our employees come from a wide variety of countries around the world, speak different languages and enrich our corporate culture. We are always open to new ideas.

The common language in the company is German and English. Not only do our employees have foreign roots, but the markets in which we operate are also international. We are not only present and active in Germany, but also in Belgium and the Netherlands. We offer our financial services throughout Europe, and in some cases worldwide. Diversity and internationality are part of our DNA.
